Parking for Most O’Connell Center Events

All parking is available on a first come first serve basis. Parking around the arena is very limited so it is recommended that you ARRIVE EARLY, particularly if members of your party are elderly or have mobility impairments. Guests are welcome to drop off their party outside of gates 1 or 4 before parking.

Parking restrictions are lifted after 4:30pm throughout campus on Monday thru Friday.  If an event begins prior to 4:30 please call our office at 352-392-5500 for further instructions.  There are no restrictions during the weekend in the available parking lots.  Metered and paid parking is, also, not in effect on the weekends.

Please make sure to park in LEGAL spots. There is no parking permitted, at any time, on bike lanes, sidewalks, grass, over lines, facing traffic, parking obstructing traffic, in a service area, in a reserved spot, and in No Parking Zones.  Please park at your own risk.
